Isenhour Construction Company was founded in 1995 by
Dolores F. Isenhour and Rennie Glenn Pankoski when
we obtained our unlimited residential license. Prior
to 1995, our family built small commercial and
high-end custom homes in Boca Raton, Florida from
1976-1990 under the name Birkenstock Enterprises. In
1990, our family permanently moved to the High
Country where we eventually decided to reopen our
business building residential homes. Since the
conception of Isenhour Construction, we have been
involved in remodeling, custom home building, log
homes, and design.
Dolores F. Isenhour is the owner of Isenhour
Construction and handles the financial aspects of
the company while her son, Rennie Pankoski handles
all other aspects of the business. Rennie has been
involved in the construction field since 1976.
Rennie’s education includes general contracting,
engineering, architecture, real estate, psychology,
aviation, and all aspects of the building trades.
His focus has primarily been in the residential
field of building. He has worked with numerous other
builders as he moved around the country learning
construction methods and techniques in different
regions. Rennie has continued to advance his
knowledge of the construction field through
continuing education and through consistently
analyzing and studying the building market in the
High Country.
